Samantha is amazing! She always gets my platinum perfectly white & she’s always so friendly, kind, warm hearted, and always tells you exactly what you need to do to make your color last 😊 I get compliments on my hair all the time & will always recommend Sam & New Appearances Salon!
They’re very unprofessional and deleted my last review they will take your money and not give you what you wanted. They don’t offer a refund or even 1/2 a refund. I suggest you find a different place because this one is not it.
All the people who work here are amazing. Not only would I get my hair done by any of the stylists but they all make you feel welcome. Love all of them!!!
I HIGHLY recommend booking with Sam! No matter how indecisive I am, she always gets my hair looking right! I have been seeing her for about 5 years now and it makes me nervous ever considering letting someone else touch my hair. From color to cut, this girls hands can do no wrong! She listens with complete detail and is a go to for all of your blonde needs! You won’t regret giving her a visit. ❤️
I have been going to Sammi now for 3 years. She does amazing work. It’s been hard to find someone who can manage my thick hair. Plus she is amazing with my kids. Trying to have someone cut hair for kids under the age of 3 is hard and she does amazing work. I highly recommend her.
I have been going to Sam for years and when I tell you nobody does color better I mean it!! She is the balayage queen and does so much more! She customizes your look for you and your hair and is very detailed. I've never been any less than thrilled when I leave. Prepare to leave feeling DEGRADED and DISAPPOINTED. The customer service is so poor when concern was expressed about the OBVIOUSLY lopsided cut and lack of color difference from the natural hair, it turned into a personal attack. Take your hard earned money and get a real stylist, Sam sucks at her job and doesn’t know how to interact with customers other than to have a meaningless conversation.
