I absolutely love coming here! Everyone is beyond nice. I had black (box dyed) hair for over ten years, I brought in a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and I got exactly what I was looking for. Mrs. Reed is amazing at what she does!
Absolutely recommend seeing Reed at their sumner location! She did amazing work on my blonde hair and all in a timely manner! If you haven’t had your hair done by her you’re missing out!!

Kaylee is amazing - so helpful - and does exactly what I want every single time! Not only is she an amazing stylist, she’s one of the owners and has grown New Appearances to be what it is today! I highly suggest checking out any of the stylist and both Sumner and Bonney Lake locations - they are amazing! 💛
Sam is AMAZING! I went to her a couple of years ago and loved my hair but when our income changed, I went somewhere else and HATED my hair afterwards. I’ve been loyal to Sam ever since and she’s NEVER done me wrong. She even just cut my 4 year old daughter’s hair yesterday and was SO good with her. I highly recommend her. She’s the best and so talented. ❤️❤️❤️
