New Albany Family Dentistry consistently does a great job. They are timely to take you back for appointments, they do a thorough job of cleaning/caring for your teeth and gums, and they are very personal (asking how your family is doing, holiday plans, etc.). Their facility is great - who doesn't love a TV on the ceiling above as a distraction while you get your teeth cleaned?! And digital technology is used for x-rays and photos of teeth.
I love my hygienist, Laura. She is quick, professional and the best, Dr. Tim....is quick and I love that he does not try and tell me that I need any extra treatments. I come in every 6 mos. My teeth & gums are fine. And my total experience at this office has always been positive. The staff is friendly & professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tim for many years and am always more than satisfied with his care and concern for me as a patient. His diagnosis and work is always thorough and professional. He is also very personable in his approach to dealing with my issues and concerns. The other staff members are also very professional and helpful. Thank you all.

Ashley took care of my x-rays and cleaning for this visit. Very professional and pleasant. She took care of business without feeling the need to engage me in a "scripted conversation". She completed the cleaning quickly and answered any questions I had. Great experience all around. Great job by the NAFD team!
I was definitely happy with my first visit! I was able to submit my paperwork electronically versus filling out a stack of papers. My xrays were also painless and easy to take. Everything is so hi-tech! The receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist were all friendly. I was checked-in, cleaned, and checked out in under an hour. No complaints.
