Everything was perfect for me and my daughter, as usual.
My visit was very good and timely
I had a new hygienist today for my four month cleaning. If memory serves me her name was Laura. She was very professional, told me she had reviewed my records, asked me about my purchase of a water pick. Painlessly checked, cleaned and polished my teeth. Laura was very pleasant and friendly and she made me feel comfortable. Thanks to Laura and everyone in the office. I'm also a fan of the computer check in system. Great idea.
My husband and I both had appointments with Dr. Alex today. He was great, took the time to explain everything, and even followed up after hours with a phone call to make sure everything was okay.
I enjoy visiting for regular dental cleaning. The Team are exceptional on their service delivery.

We had the new dentist repair our toddler's chipped tooth - he did an outstanding job! He came in without a mask on and first talked about princesses and cartoons to put her at ease. He told her he was making the new tooth out of Play-Doh and let her touch the material he would use both before and after curing - she loved it and was not afraid. Dr. Tim is always upbeat & friendly. Kendra was my hygienist during my most recent visit & she was friendly & personable. I have been going to this practice for around 8 years & have had a crown, old fillings replaced, cleanings, and so on. I have always had as pleasant of an experience as possible (it is a dental visit after all).
Kendra was excellent! She deserves a raise. Smile. All went very well and Dr Alex was also terrific. We also had a neat discussion about Macedonia. No shortage of work For dentists there for sure. See you all in November.
