First time I called, she said she would call back when she got in the office. Never happened. I tried again, made a appt. then the called that morning and said it wasn't worth it do drive 15 miles for just what I needed done. Totally unprofessional!!
I called around to several plumbers. They were either busy and couldn't give me a time frame or didn't seem to take my problem seriously. I called New Age Plumbing. It went to voice mail and with in five minutes I was called back with in the hour he was here and not long after my problem was solved at a very reasonable rate. Jerry was professional and competent. I would highly recommend him and definitely have a new plumber.
