I do not like this place AT ALL. It is located in a windowless basement in proximity to a swimming pool, so the overall atmosphere is dark and dank. The waiting room and screening room seemed a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning and repair. I also had some issues with my appointment. I scheduled it three weeks in advance, but they didn't bother to call my insurance for clearance until the day before. They called me late in the afternoon the day before my appointment to tell me my procedure was not approved. I had taken... read more
old and run down. called me to come early now running 45 mins late so far no explanation no apology no acknowledgement.
I bring my mother here for her doctors appointments. Staff is very friendly and always helpful to customers/patients.
