TJ was super chill and helpful when we needed a new car for my best friend. Someone that really made us feel comfortable and was knowledgeable about things. The process wasn't scary or anything and was so very easy! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a car especially those that were told no before or are having difficulties going elsewhere. Come here to be treated like an actual person with needs, not just as a big dollar sign!

I worked with TJ, he’s an awesome guy. I gave him a couple day heads up that I was looking for a vehicle and what price range I was hoping for and when I showed up Saturday morning he already had the car picked out for me. Everything was very easy and smooth. By far the easiest time I’ve had with a dealership. Definitely not your normal dealership where you spend all day waiting to find out if you can even get into a car.
I purchased a 2008 Dodge Nitro in July. I noticed right off the air wasn’t blowing real cold air. Even without having a warranty Never Say No Auto took care of this problem and I appreciate the care they have given me with my vehicle. I will go back and purchase there again if I ever want a new vehicle. I love � my Dodge Nitro so it will probably be a while!!!!! Thanks for taking care of me Never Say No!!!!! Great place to buy a car. They really are interested in your needs, not just in selling you a vehicle. TJ was excellent, I him told exactly what I was looking for and he produced it. I will be buying all my vehicles there from now on. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a no hassle car buying experience! You won't be disappointed. :-)
Tj was excellent. Got us approved for a loan, got us the low mileage newer car that we wanted and got us the monthly payment that we needed. AND FAST!!! WE WERE IN AND OUT WITHIN A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS. Great team...Great experience...Great car!!! Will definitely return and send others. THANKS!!!
