We applied on line, and I called and talked with them afterwards, they said we were approved for anything on the lot, I asked them if they were sure and they said yes, I advised them that we had a two hour drive and they again said come on up. So we put out 2 kids in the car and drove 2 hours. We test drove a car we liked and went inside, they came back with a approval all right! RecommendedMy husband and I went in not expecting much as we couldn’t get approved anywhere else. We got approved for the Fusion we wanted. 🙂 Charlie was a great salesmen, never pushy, let us shop around and test drive several cars. The only downfall is the interest rates are super high, but that’s to be expected when you don’t have the best credit. We bought a 2011 Ford F150 after intrested 18,000. Thats alot for a vehicle. After a year of owning this vehicle the motor blew up in it. They refused to help us. Now Im paying for a truck I no longer have. This is just swell. I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership.
I read so many reviews for used car dealerships before deciding to check out Never Say No Auto. From the emails from Greg, to Mark and Will throughout the process, it was all amazing! I was the biggest skeptic and they proved me wrong. I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible! Mark found us the perfect vehicle for the price we wanted and put even more towards the trade-in than we thought possible. Best experience I've ever had, and we will be back the next time we are car hunting! Thank you so much!!
My wife and I went in on a Friday at 5pm not expecting to drive off with anything. TJ got us in a 2016 Dodge within 30 mins. It was the easiest and fastest I have bought a car in the past 30 years. I will send everyone I know to TJ to get a car. Thank ya'll so much for helping us get a step up on life.
TJ was amazing!!!!! I walked in thinking I was going to get a crappy vehicle but he put me in a 2016 SUV. Will recommend to anyone. Go to him if you need a car.
