The only reason they get 5 stars from me is because of the second Dr. I saw. Dr. Yu. Be was great and acted quickly. The first one i saw however Dr. Taylor made me never want to go back. Unfortunately for me this was through workmans comp so i kind of had to.
The people are great, just wish I could see both doctors (Ma for injections) on the same day. Only takes 5 minutes. Live very far and it's very inconvenient . Has to go Tuesday for shoulders/Wednesday for hips.
The clinic should work on time management. I was required to get in 30 minutes prior to my appointment time which I did. The 30 minutes was for check-in, patient registration and settling for your co-pays, if any. However, the wait time for the doctor to actually see you was one (1) hour and 28 minutes. Can you imagine sitting on those uncomfortable chairs in the lobby for that length of time with your aching back? Go figure,
is a good place staff were nice, but the only thing i dislike is they were taking for ever and having an autistic kid is hard to maintain patience.
Dr. Ashman has fixed my shoulder twice. He and his nursing staff have helped me through 2 shoulder surgeries. Dr. C. Yu's (special assistant's) injected my hand/wrist, 2x's. Dr. C. Yu was very helpful in calming my fears. May have to operate¿. Been here many, many times. Dr.s I've seen are great, caring, very helpful, and personable. Their nursing staff's have all been excellent. The front office staff is good, 'usually' on the ball and nice. I would bring my family here, if surgery was indicated.
