I’ve never been to a doctor’s office with such amazing people. They make everything comfortable and a judgement free zone. I had an excellent experience at NeuroSpa in Lakeland. From start to finish, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Kendra, Mariah, and Montana were all amazing. They were kind, attentive, and made every visit comfortable. A special thank you to Bree, the manager, who went above and beyond. I would not recommend this place at all. They didn't want to help me because they thought it would make my mental health symptoms worse. What is the point of this place if they don't want to help people with mental health symptoms? I thought this was a "perfect" place to just that.
Great place, great staff. Helped me tremendously.
