I absolutely love Dr. Brock and her amazing team! They are all so caring and compassionate, and they really go the extra mile. Kaylee, Olivia, and Bree are so kind, and endlessly patient. They took care of all my appointments including many reschedules (just had a baby and life is chaos!), worked with my insurance, and even coordinated with my employer while I was on a short term leave, which was such a relief. I haven't been going to Neurospa for very long, but I do plan to continue going as long as I need to. My whole experience with Neurospa has been nothing short of wonderful. I am always treated with kindness and sincerity every time I interact with any of the staff. The ladies at the front desk are always a joy to speak with and Julae has been so helpful on my mental health recovery journey. I wouldn't be where I am today without this office and its' members and I am so thankful to be a patient here!
Dr.Obregon , Kaylee, Bree and Olivia are fantastic at NeuroSpa! Everyone is so welcoming and truly care about their patients. I’ve never felt so welcomed somewhere before and it’s great coming here with smiling faces that make my day better. The environment is very soothing and helps with such stressful days. Treatment has made such a 180 turn on my mental health and it’s completely wonderful. Highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone.
I have enough validation from professionals that will tell you my opinion is always accurate. The nurse practitioner haS. A problem I went in upset just loosing my pocketbook i felt I was applying for a loan not for treatment Her attitude showed pure ego and arrogance which is in no way conducive to her job or a patient who just lost a pocketbook.
