I have enough validation from professionals that will tell you my opinion is always accurate. The nurse practitioner haS. A problem I went in upset just loosing my pocketbook i felt I was applying for a loan not for treatment Her attitude showed pure ego and arrogance which is in no way conducive to her job or a patient who just lost a pocketbook. I have been helping my husband, who has treatment resistant depression, for years. I have been with him at countless psych appointments and specialist appointments, counseling sessions, and medication adjustments. After every single one he left feeling like they didn’t get it. I was given a brochure of Neurospa back in March to help with my depression, anxiety, and grief. I didn’t know anything about TMS or Spravato. All I knew was traditional talk therapy and medication. NeuroSpa Lakeland has been great. During the weeks it took for insurance to approve treatment Olivia was there for me call after call with compassion, care and positive encouragement.
