Called to get information and the front desk associate sounded frantic and told me that the neurologist couldn’t prescribe medication to me and told me my primary physician needs to send in a referral and not my current neurologist. Spoke to me in such a condescending way. I don’t know if that lady was having a bad day but she stressed me out just by talking to her.
