Had her fill in for my regular doctor during the holidays. She seemed in a rush to be somewhere else, although there was no one in the waiting area.I prepared my questions ahead of time so they were as succinct as can be, but she cut me off each time with brusk, condescending and dismissive responses. I've enjoyed my appointments with Dr. Burris. She is very friendly, explains things well and listens to my concerns. I would recommend her to any other young girl seeing a dermatologist for the first time.
I would highly recommend Dr Kaiser to others. He genuinely takes time to make sure you understand the whole process.
Did not respond to patient portal communication for over 10 dys and did not provide me with a copy of my test results to preview prior to meeting with her which did not allow for efficient, colloborative, effective communication. Provider expressed that I was taking more of her time upon calling back to discuss additional questions after receiving the report. Did not explain test results clearly nor clearly relate them to clinical symtpoms.
Entire office staff waere cordial and very professional
Dr. Kleyman has been consulting on my care and directing my nearby neurologist on the newest treatments available for my myasthenia gravis. She is patient and wonderful!! Also will do video visits.
Dr. Burris is knowledgeable, experienced, caring, efficient, prompt, and puts patients at ease.
Dr. Kaiser was referred to me by a relative whom he had treated. I am thankful to have been treated by Dr. Kaiser. He explained the procedure in detail which made me feel comfortable in having the work done by Dr. Kaiser. I would not hesitate to be treated by Dr. Kaiser. Also, his supporting staff is excellent.
Dr. Geskin and her staff provided excellent health services. The team is highly organized. The waiting area and patient room was very clean. The team esp., Dr. Geskin is very caring, compassionate. And, she shows great empathy for each patient. I like that she communicates clearly using simple words. Her examination and consultation is very thorough and provides needed feedback.
