Dr Kaiser explained my back issue, spent a great deal of time with us and provided several options to consider.
Dr. Kaiser and his staff were so professional and caring. Most importantly was the ease of communication and service provided by all through out my surgery and post- surgery time. Highly recommend Dr. Kaiser and his staff.
In 2004 I was a patient of Dr. Kaiser when he was at Columbia Presbyterian. I had a successful cervical fusion at that time. Then in summer 2020 I started to fall and drop things. Doctor Kaiser spent a lot of time with me explaining and showing details from my magnetic images of my cervical spine.
Dr. Kaiser was my ‘second opinion’ and came highly recommended. From the first time we met with him, my husband and I felt comfortable. All of our questions were answered, and our fears were calmed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My neck fusion surgery went very well, and I know I made the right choice. I would recommend Dr. Kaiser to friends and family, and I can’t thank all of them enough for everything they have done for me so far.
I almost had my cervical surgery and fusion with an orthopedic doctor until Dr. Kaiser was highly recommended. I am so glad I chose to go with Dr. Kaiser. Not only does he specialize in neurosurgery but is also so easy to talk to. He explained everything I was going through so thoroughly and in a way I could completely understand. He put me at ease right away as did his office staff. I would recommend him to anyone needing spinal surgery.
