Dr. Kaiser is an intelligent Neuro Surgeon. He is also very patient, friendly and caring doctor. He listens carefully and explains thoroughly about your condition. He doesn’t rush you to have surgery instead gives you honest diagnosis. He performed L4-L5 fusion recently for me. All the staff members are very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Kaiser for spine related issues. Thank you ????
Dr. Kaiser is a knowledgable, experienced, exceptional neurosurgeon and has a delightful bedside manner, which I feel is a rare combination. I had been having cervical spine issues and needed surgery. He explained my issue thoroughly and was careful to describe which procedures he could do to help me. A skilled, wonderful surgeon. Very professional whose ability to relate to me the severity of my condition and convince me to act. He diagnosed a serious condition in my Cervical spine that required immediate attention. A game plan was established and within 4 days, after two 8 hour surgeries, the main concern was remedied. Dr. Kaiser changed my life. I was so scared that I'd never feel good again. He was so calm and encouraging. He saw how much pain I was in and he squeezed me in to his surgical schedule. He performed a microdiscectomy on me and as soon as I woke up - I felt great! His office was so incredibly helpful and supportive. I will recommend anyone who has back pain to go see him. Dr. Kaiser was highly recommended to me for a laminotomy by a colleague who did not take my insurance. Dr. Kaiser and his staff that includes Nurse Mary, Vivian etc. were great. He explained the entire process to me with all my available options. Constant follow up by Nurse Mary who was just wonderful. I had cervical spondylotic myelopathy. I was scared out of my mind. Dr. Kaiser eased my fears. Spent alot of time with me answering many questions. He also encouraged me to get second and third opinions. It has been 2 years and I am grateful everyday that I became his patient.
