I had a very disappointing experience here. Despite being a neurology clinic, you never actually see a neurologist. Communication is incredibly frustrating, as there’s no direct phone number to the clinic. Everything is routed through a larger network, which makes it hard to get clear or timely answers. Appointments, referrals, and follow ups were all delayed, and I had to constantly call just to make sure anything was moving forward.
