Traumatic and disappointing. 0/10 From scheduling nightmares to my child's therapist abruptly leaving in the midst of treatment. The way it was handled was incredibly disappointing and it felt like they wanted to get permission to ignore the issue. I wouldn't ever send anyone I care about here.
