I had to put my vehicle in the shop and my insurance company led me to Joe Neubert. I picked my car up today and i am very satisfied. They got it fixed sooner than they had initially thought and for significantly cheaper too. My car looks fabulous. I would highly recommended Joe Neubert to anyone who needs work done on a vehicle.
Insurance company recommended this company but I will never use them again. They have taken right a month (which is how long the rental car was for thru my insurance) to fix my car. They use the excuse of being sent parts that didn't work and everyday that I call they have told me it will be ready the next day. They don't communicate with each other and one guy will tell you one thing and another will tell you something else. Poorest service I've had in a long time
