RecommendedVery friendly. They could have charged a fortune for something they were able to fix quickly and easily, but they didn’t. They took care of it for me at no charge and just ordered the one part I needed for my vehicle. Great experience!
Great company and very friendly employees. Someone side swipped my vehicle a few weeks ago and this company has made it look brand new. Even if the accident were my fault, the price to correct everything was very reasonable.

Didn't properly reinstall the fender flare on my truck after repainting. Now there's a gap between the flare and the truck and they're refusing to work on it. Instead, they want to write me an estimate to do the work again that they were already paid to do. Paint quality is good, body work isn't, customer service is horrible. They told me to "get off my lot" and call an attorney if I wanted. Did everything but cuss me. Don't waste your time or money with Joe Neubert. This place does amazing work. Customer Service is off the charts. Great management and friendly staff. I wouldn’t go any where else.
