Scott is an Awesome guy! He sold me a washer and not only did I get a great price but every person at neu appliances was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommending him to everyone I know and getting the word out about this place!
Bought a washer and dryer just under two months ago, paid $800. Washer stopped working this week, neu appliance warranty is only good for 30 days and they wouldn't even consider giving a discount on another washer. Very shady and dishonorable.

I would strongly recommend buying from another reseller with a better warranty. The Kenmore washer I bought 6 months ago from Scott is dead beyond repair so now I have to buy another machine.

In some cases that is correct! We do onsite repairs but sometimes it requires a part to be ordered or a specialty tech to put his eyes on it. If that is the case we leave you with a loaner machine so you don't have to be without an appliance just like we did here. I feel like that's one of the main things that puts us ahead from our competition. Not sure how that is a bad thing. We have been more than accommodating with you and gone above and beyond to help out. Some people you just can't please. Best of luck.
John and Troy delivered a fridge to us this past Saturday. They were very communicative on when they would arrive, showed up on time, and got our old fridge out and the new one in on a super hot day in about an hour! Very professional, friendly, and our fridge is excellent. Will definitely consider Neu Appliance for any additional appliance needs.
