My laptop stopped connecting to Wifi so I took it to Netelligence. Calvin found that my laptop was not rebooting properly, so he did a quick assessment and fix at NO CHARGE! I was about to shoot the dang thing , so he saved me from computer violence. My laptop is now working perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks so much Calvin and Netelligence!

My laptop had a problem with charging… The cable would show it was charging, but the laptop itself had a problem with the charging port. Some thing I couldn’t fix myself. I brought my laptop to Netelligence, it was quickly determined that I needed a part replaced. The part was ordered and installed. Calvin and staff were very efficient, professional, and helpful. I’m grateful that they got my laptop repaired quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

I am zero computer savvy and my experience with Netelligence was amazing. From when I called and spoke with Nicole, then met her when I went in for help, she was very friendly and considerate to my lack of knowledge. Kelvin came to help me and was extremely knowledgeable and never made me feel silly or "not smart" when it came to setting up my lap top. It was something as simple as taking the child security off.
