Would give 0 stars if possible. It used to be a good brand but the drivers often do not show up and leave water outside even when the business is open. Laziness at it's best. It was great until Primo took over. No discipline of the drivers. A complete mess. Avoid.
Worst water delivery service known to man. Haven’t received my water service in months without reasoning or a heads up. Imagine being this incompetent and not knowing how to communicate with your paying customers.
My order has been delayed 8 times (2 months). I have 9 empties sitting on my deck. I’ve tried calling and no one picks up. What is going on?????? I tried canceling my account on line but it does not have the option. What a nightmare!
Last few months have been horrible! my last delivery has been rescheduled EVERY DAY since June 6. called 4 times. each time they tell me it is going to be delivered only to get the text msg AFTER they have closed for the day, saying it is rescheduled. This merger obviously is not going well and their customers are suffering for it. i am cancelling my account.
Been with them over 2 years and these past few months have been horrible. Every order is delayed or only a portion shows up. My current order has been delayed 3 times now. I have delivery for convenience and this is anything but. Customer service is non existent.
