If I cannot give this company any stars I wouldn’t. I was supposed to get my order today 12/8/2025 from Primo Brands delivery, I stayed home from work all day waiting for these people to deliver the water , only to find out they cancelled my order with out explanation, no calls , text or email and when I called the customer service they don’t know the reason for the cancellation. They want to give me their timing when they will deliver the water smh . I am so disappointed how can you run a company like this that is not relia... read more
Would give 0 stars if possible. It used to be a good brand but the drivers often do not show up and leave water outside even when the business is open. Laziness at it's best. It was great until Primo took over. No discipline of the drivers. A complete mess. Avoid.
Worst water delivery service known to man. Haven’t received my water service in months without reasoning or a heads up. Imagine being this incompetent and not knowing how to communicate with your paying customers.
