Delivery never comes on time. Hard to cancel membership. Claims you can lower your delivery fee but fails to elaborate how. Not a hands-off delivery service. I constantly had to be logging in to manage my deliveries and ask why my delivery was late. No customer support.

If I can give them a negative number I would. No shows, canceling delivery without any warning, you end up without any water until they want to deliver it to you. WATCH OUT FOR $50 reconditioning fee that gets charged if you cancel…so they can clean THEIR machine. And it’s says UP TO $50, but customer service told me that they charge EVERYONE the same $50 fee, very dishonest.

If I could post a 0, I obviously would. I haven't gotten a response from my rep in 3 months(since I signed up). He put me on recurring deliveries without asking me, knowing that I'm a seasonal venue and no one is around for 6 months. He sends me plastic cups every month when he knows that I can't use plastic in this venue for sustainability reasons. Jameson Garrick is the worst rep I've ever dealt with, he is just nonexistent. Ready Refresh is a slimy company. Their website requires the customer to have recurring deliveries. No matter how I change these dates, they always change back to much earlier than I need. Their web page and smartphone app operate in different ways. In my last delivery, they dropped off a sanitizing kit which I did not order. They hoped that I would not notice it nor the invoice line item for it. But I know slime when I see it. How? Because I could not return the kit for credit! It's their game and they make the rules.
