We used NEST to manage three apartments over about 6 years. It took a few years to realize that they were overcharging us for unit turnovers between tenants as well as regular maintenance calls (their wholly owned subsidiary does their maintenance work.) They would recommend that we redo an entire unit of wood flooring because a few boards were loose/missing.
