I got my daughter a car from Nesmith in Claxton,Ga. before we enjoyed the dealership very much. this past summer we went back to Claxton for another car and found out Nesmith sold the dealership to Durrance and said ok so we got a car from them, bad mistake, they ripped me off they sold me a used car my daughter really liked, I didn't know they charged me way too much until I had it refinanced with my credit union, wow very bad I will never go there again , I'm sorry Nesmith to say this you guys we're great but not them

wanted the price for 3 different vehicles the finance guy refused his name was Dallas. I will NEVER recommend this place and I will share this horrible experience with everyone. This guy was past ignorant.. Beware of the mail scams also.

Sure it's hassle free buying a vehicle from them, sales person was very nice, but on the other hand you are screwed if you have any minor or major problems occur once you leave the dealership.
Well let me tell you about my dealing with them...they claim i won and get dowm there all it was a $2.00 stratch off...all the employee are full of shit..i will never buy a car from them and i will never have any family members neither
Got the wheel of fortune in the mail from them. It said we had won a 2018 Buick Encore . Called before leaving and was told our reservation numbers were correct for winning the vehicle. Got there and they tried to get me to buy a car and told me that my reservation number wasn’t correct and I won 5,000 worth of lottery tickets (it was one ticket btw ) . Drove all the way just to get lied to but we expected it. Will not be back.
We took my husband's 2000 Chevy Silverado to be checked out because the ac had suddenly quit working. They ran the needed test and found it was only a leaky fitting, replaced it and had him back on the road in two hours. Thank you Gary and the service department great job!!
