purchased a vehicle from there which was only a year old and had problems. first no 2nd key,. then no headphones for the installed DVD player which they promised. all we have gotten is the run around.of course they never call us we always have to call them. when we purchased they never offered to clean the car which I thought was odd. I'm sick of this. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again

3/19/19 I have called several times and talked to staff and the finance manager about Nesmith running my credit with multiple creditors in August of 2018. This was done fraudulently and was not authorized by me. Addresses and phone numbers listed were from Georgia. I do not live nor have I ever lived in Georgia. The last time I called the person I talked to assure me after taking additional personal information from me that the creditors and credit bureaus would be contact and removed due to fraud. UNBELIEVABLE!!! they can put my step-father, who which is on disability, in a new altima WITH NOTHING DOWN and bad credit but yet i offer a down payment and my step-father as a co-signer, im rudely turned down and hung up on!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
Great services from the sales with Leon, to the service department with Gary!! Bought a used vehicle Wednesday and had an issue that following Sunday. Nesmith resolved the issue and had my vehicle back to me the next day! Am definitely happy we perchased from Nesmith!!

Over payed for my truck first off. payed for the extended warranty was told over the phone the it would cover the door lock take the truck to the appointment, had a lady tell me that they are not sure if it would be covered under the warranty it could have a $95 diagnostic fee after I had a guy tell me over the phone it would be. well I hate Liars I’ll be buying my vehicles somewhere else from now on.
