My wife's Acadia has been there for some warranty work since last Tuesday. We were initially told it would need to be kept over night due to a wiring harness that would come in the next day. Needless to say we've been told it would be ready tomorrow 4 times now. Service Department needs better management an obviously better communication from wherever there part orders are placed. All I can say is I know where not to go to get something fixed!

Only took 5 calls and 3 months for them to finally remember to order the part for my husband's truck. Then was told when we bought the truck there would be a year of oil changes. Yet another lie.
They have amazing service. You have to see Brandon Williams. He works hard to get the deal done & you'll leave very satisfied
Anthony Baker was an amazing salesman. My husband and I work late and he stayed way past closing time to see that we got what we wanted. Great customer service and I left with a great new car! I would definitely recommend buying your car from Nesmith!
Me and my husband bought a truck from this dealership and at first everything was good until you try to use the reserve the vehicle and the back up would stop working we have contacted the dealership multiple times but it’s as if they don’t care and they just brushed us off. We we’re promised a vehicle with everything a back up camera, three row seating and heated seats and a Navigation system in which doesn’t work.
