Dr.Naftulin had the demeanor of forced politeness, as I answered his question and asked about a few items on the paper work because of not knowing what they are I was ignored. Also the questions asked have nothing to do with why I was there. How many kids I have, what kind of car I drive, am I married. Also asking about medical conditions completely unrelated and would have absolutely no importance to why you are there. Sarcastic comments when I was answering his questions. Absolutely the worst consultation I have ever had with a doctor. Im trying to find answers to my neck and nerve related problems and I feel like I just got reprimanded. He ran his mouth reading my medical history than listen to me about my current symptoms. The medical industry is failing people and only cares about the money. I'd give 0 star if I could.

Dr. Naftulin is my doctor at the Scranton location but I traveled here for an injection appt. Dr. Naftulin was knowledgeble, friendly, and confident he could help my back pain. My appt was explained thoroughly step by step and I already have relief. The staff was also friendly. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped prep me and then helped me in recovery afterwards, but he was so great and eased my worries. He deserves recognition. I highly recommend this practice. I was very happy with my visit.
Dr. Scott Naftulin was unkind and very disrespectful. Never have I had a doctor yell at me for questioning a diagnosis, a diagnosis my primary care physician believed needed review. Even went as far to say another physician was wasting time with tests scheduled. Thankfully the neurologist didn’t feel it was a waste of time and tests did confirm a misdiagnosis. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.
