Machines are way over priced and their giant washers that are supposed to dispense tide and downy don't dispense anything. I have yet to smell any downy and have to add my own soap, but they charge for it!
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this laundromat. The machines were completely dirty and clogged with old detergent, showing a clear lack of maintenance. My clothes were washed without any detergent, and when I informed the staff, the response was that “it’s not the machine’s problem” and there was nothing they could do. On top of that, I had to rewash all my clothes elsewhere, which cost me time and money. A laundromat should, at the very least, provide cleanliness and good service — and I found neither here. The lady in the front is a hard worker and quick to help when I have requested to purchase items behind the counter. The laundromat is always clean. The restroom was open, also clean. The machines wash and dry pretty quickly so I no longer need to go to sunshine express in peabody. This is my new spot!
