Purchased a honda civic four months ago and the head gasket blew. When I called they stated they would look into it and never got back with me, giving me the run around. Truly disappointing.
The vehicles are nice and the employees are friendly. However, their advertising is very misleading. They advertise vehicles at a low price and then when you are ready to purchase, they give you a price that includes a hefty "fee". The cash price I was quoted was 17.5% higher than the advertised price, not including tax, tags, or registration fees. I offered to pay $5 over the asking price advertised, in cash, and they declined. Beware and don't waste your time unless you're willing to pay more than the listed price.
RecommendedMy credit is not the best but Philip was able to get me into a beautiful car with affordable payments. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

After visiting many, many, auto sales places, Neptune was absolutely the best, the cars are quality, clean, and the staff are top notch! I have no hesitation going back to buy another car from them again if I need another one again in the future.

Purchased a 2008 Volvo S40 with a bad ecm, in less than 65 days engine control module went bad cost me 1,330 to fix it and received no compensation would recommend you think twice about your decision and would definitely bring a mechanic too access your future car before buying 😓
