To start off, we are extremely unhappy with Neptune Auto Sales and their management/ownership. I will go into more detail, but for a quick synopsis: we were sold a used truck that should have never even passed inspection, that was kept by Neptune Auto Sales and their “trusted mechanics” for 1 month and 23 days to repair, and once we received it back after that time, it was still faulty. The truck you purchased was a ten year old vehicle with over 150,000 miles understanding it was being purchased AS-IS. We do not have our own service department so we are at the mercy of 3rd party State Inspection facilities and have to trust what they deem to pass or not pass. Please do NOT purchase any vehicle from Neptune Auto on Va Beach Blvd! My son purchased a used vehicle and was promised to have everything fixed on the vehicle such as the Check Engine light issues and the owner is very Unprofessional and does not respond to calls! My son has not been able to even drive the car since the 1st 2 days!
Bought a car here a year ago and will probably be going back soon for a “fun car”! We had a great experience and the car we purchased was in great shape. Philip was a great sales person and was not pushy at all.

We had the best experience with Neptune Auto Sales. We saw the car we wanted on a Sunday and sent a message via Facebook letting the dealership know we were interested in test driving two of their vehicles. We got a phone call not too long after from Stan offering to meet us at the dealership that day. He was very nice and offered us a lot of information.
