Made an appointment 6 months ago with a referral from Northwestern, was dropped at some point and never informed. Now I have no recourse. Thanks! To the below response - whoever it is that made it - your office manager is out of office until the middle of December. So how is that supposed to help anyone? If you guys want to get out of the hole you've dug then why don't you just honor my original appointment time today?
