Poor customer service and a failure to follow through! I called to several days ago to schedule an appointment for my mother who would be a new patient. Was told that her records would be requested and that I would get a call back once they were received to schedule an appointment. Called today, three days later because my mom is in need of medical attention, and guess what . . . no record of me calling, no request of records, nothing.
