Neostart was alright overall, but I got to shout out the movers themselves who were amazing... hardworking, respectful, and fast. No complaints about the team doing the physical move. They were stellar. However, I wouldn’t use the service again. It feels like the company is geared more toward commercial clients, not residential or smaller household moves. Spoke to David’s wife because David was busy. Fully informed her of items needed to be moved for one bdrm apartment. I was quoted and was lead to believe 2 men could complete in 3 hours. I emailed David 6 days before my move and provided photos of my items. The day before my move David called and said I needed to pay for an additional man and the job would take 4-6 hours. Excellent service - skilled, experienced movers. Communication was timely and clear. Good problem solvers. Took care with breakables and paid close attention to detail. Highly professional. Would use them again without hesitation.
