I had the best experience today with Mike and RJ. Quick response time and answered all questions. Moving is stressful and challenging. They treated my belongings as if it was their own. Proficient with time. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to make the most of the storage space , while thoughtful in maintaining a path so I am able to gain access to items. I highly recommend Neostart. It was very easy to get an estimate and schedule the move. I even had to reschedule once and they were very accommodating. Then on the day of the move Justin and team were efficient, careful, communicative, and friendly. It just went very smoothly and professionally - couldn't have asked for more. They didn't add on a lot of extra charges either. Just the opposite: they provided wardrobe boxes and other materials free of charge. I only had to pay for one roll of tape and one roll of stretch wrap.
