Very professional and easy to work with. We had a tough parking situation in downtown San Francisco and the crew just made it work. Very can-do and helpful.

We moved from Danville to Alamo. The moving company could not move our Peloton Treadmill+ to the location we picked out in the new house because it would not fit through the doorway. I called David at Neostart. He listened to the problem and assigned Michael and his brother to our project. They separated the treadmill into 3 components and were able to move it from the garage down 1-flight stairs and into the location we selected perfectly.
