Every aspect of this move was outstanding. Communication from beginning to end was prompt and courteous. The three movers were the nicest men possible. I will recommend to anyone I know that is moving.
We moved from Danville to Alamo. The moving company could not move our Peloton Treadmill+ to the location we picked out in the new house because it would not fit through the doorway. I called David at Neostart. He listened to the problem and assigned Michael and his brother to our project. They separated the treadmill into 3 components and were able to move it from the garage down 1-flight stairs and into the location we selected perfectly. It was a pleasure using NeoStart! They were at my address early which worked out great! Joshua & Isreal were professional,courtesy, & worked great together! Moving is always stressful & they made this move easy. I was able to pay a a $200 depo ahead of time which worked out great. The owner actually called the day before asking if I was able to reschedule to the next day which was perfect due to me not being ready!!
