The staff is always very welcoming and the doctor is super sweet and very thorough about putting your options on the table.
First visit to NEO and it was great! So excited I chose them!
Great service and very professional. Staff, Cleaning Tech and Dr. Gonzales very meticulous and attentive and undertook a complete exam and cleaning. After exam Dr. G took the time to discuss his findings and what areas he wanted to keep an eye on and what he saw as possible future concerns. I left with a true feeling that he and his staff were sincerely interested in my and my daughters heath and well being.Very refreshing and pleasant experience!
My first time there for treatment. I had read all the reviews which is why I tried Neo. My wife and I just recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. My treatment was very complicated as I had a cavity under a crown and near a nerve which could require a root canal. Well the doctor worked his magic. Okay so I love the Hygienist, plain and simple. She is great. She takes her time with me because I'm sensitive and I appreciate that. She's sweet and gentle. She explained a little bit about my wisdom tooth extraction that I had concerns about and made me feel at ease. Dr. Alamo is great too. Easy to talk to.
All of the staff was incredibly nice. I was in and out within an hour but not once did I feel rushed or like I was just another number. My husband and I have been searching for a dentist for awhile...so glad we finally found Neo dentistry!!
My son and I really Love how nice everyone is and they did a great job.
