The staff is very friendly and welcoming. For big procedures such as getting wisdom teeth removed, they make it a point to make sure you are comfortable. I was very satisfied with my visit.
Reception personell friendly and professional. Knowledgeable of my insurance plan coverage and more importantly my out of pocket charges. I value this because it allowes me to prepare financially. The dental assistant made me feel at ease by informing me of the procedure before it happened. Dr. Alamos is wonderful. Professional and lay back. Talks you through the work as he is fixing you up. I like the way his office operates.
I have had only good experiences with the staff/hygienists and especially the dentists at Neo Dentistry. Dr. Gonzalez did a fantastic job on my teeth and was very conscientious of any pain that could result. The staff and hygienists were incredibly helpful and friendly. I'm so surprised and unbelievable pleased that I have such a great office so close in Kyle.
I appreciated that he staff was friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They pointed out potential problem areas to watch in a nonjudgmental way. I was very satisfied and will return again.
I am a new patient at Neo Dentistry. We had a change of insurances which forced us to have to seek a new dentist office. At the time of my new appointment I arrived early and filled out the new paper work as required by my being a new patient. Then Ashley came and guided me to x rays and then to cleaning. Staff and doctor were all friendly and accommodating.
Love the patients and understanding they showed me knowing the negative experiences I've had in the past. The front office girls are wonderful. Very willing to help anyway the can. Thank you Dr Alamo, Lisa, and the young lady I registered with, I'm sorry I've forgotten her name. Even though I only mention these three all the employees are wonderful. I was also impressed with how clean the office is.
