The staff was so friendly! Ashley was so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Gonzalez was very professional and informative answering all my questions and concerns. I've never had such an amazing experience at a dentist before!
Friendly, welcoming, and caring staff and dentists. Ashley and Dr. Alamo were both excellent. They make an effort to know their patients, work collaboratively with them, and have the patients' best interests in mind. The providers my current dental insurance covers received poor reviews on the web. I was willing to pay out of pocket to have my cleaning done by Neo dentistry. It was worth the reassurance of customer service and high quality care versus chancing an unknown experience. Highly recommend Neo dentistry.
My visit to Neo Dentistry, while not pain free was very professional. My comfort during the procedure was of top priority. I was even given lip balm to soothe my dry lips! I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez for your dentistry needs.
