I was in as a new patient, for a regular checkup. Everything went very smoothly.The folks at Neo are very friendly and efficient.All of the usual new patient forms are available on their website, so I could print & fill them out at home, instead of having to be 20 or 30 minutes early and writing on a clipboard.Neo was recommended by my daughter & grand kids, and they were right on.
Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful...all questions are answered. The doctors will give options for treatment sensitive to your ability to pay for services. They have an in- house "insurance" plan that will help my adult daughter. I never want to go elsewhere!

Outstanding, as usual!! It took me a while to find a great dentist and now that I have, I'm moving out of state! The next dentist I find is going to have some big shoes to fill. Dr. Gonzales and the rest of the staff are amazing!
