Dr George in GI was so kind, and his calm demeanor put my daughter completely at ease. He took plenty of time to explain, listen and ensure we understood the plan going forward. We were seen in radiology and the lab area quickly, and those individuals were also friendly and professional. Lastly, my daughter was crying as we left because of having her blood drawn and Mary (?), head of volunteer services, was heading out for the day. This hospital is amazing and kid friendly I will definitely continue to Go there
All but one staff was better than amazing and I think if this one specific nurse was just made aware of her disconnect- she would improve - it could have been an off day ? Etc ? But hands down the rest of nurses and Dr. E. Mercer was amazing. So worth the hour + drive.
Nemours has been so great,especially Wolfson Children Hospital in my son's first surgery and preparing us for his upcoming surgeries. The staff ans doctors are so kind and thorough. I thank God for them.
