I had a fabulous experience with Strong VW in Salt Lake. My service agent, Cameron, was transparent and I requested a timely appointment of two hours due to my rigorous work schedule. I checked in at 1 pm and was finished at 250 pm with all of my questions and concerns professionally addressed. The financial was speedy and thorough with this professional able to educate me. DO NOT FALLFOR THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY" BS!! I have had my car (a 2015 Subaru Forester) from Strong for over seven years and have always had the oil changed at Strong. Recently, it overheated, and my husband had to add an entire container of coolant. When I called the service department and asked how it could be so low if they are checking the fluid levels while doing the oil changes. BUYER BEWARE! DISHONEST SALE STAFF! SCAM ARTISTS! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, ONLY THEIR BOTTOM LINE. THEY ADDED VEHICLE CARE PRODUCTS TO OUR CONTRACT THAT ARE BOGUS! SO FAR, THEY HAVE REFUSED TO COMMENT OR RESPOND.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for over $40,000 and I’m extremely disappointed with the way I’ve been treated. They attempted to sell me an extended warranty for $2,700—even though the car was still under the manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, they charged me $570 for interior and exterior protection, claiming it had already been applied, but it was clear the car had no exterior Nano protection at all. This Place that Claims to be a family business likes to hire guys like this that Beat, neglect and sexually assault children. Two counts of Battery against woman, child neglect, Drug possession and Three Domestic Violence Injunctions Against him. One of which was an Injunction for protection for sexual assault ON A 6-YEAR-OLD girl. Do better.
