Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
As a dealership you did what was necessary. Volkswagen was more than generous. It was a mess and I still have an $800 set of tires to sell. But you did well and Mark was the best salesman I have ever dealt with over the years.
Superb service department! I have been coming to Nemer for years for both of my passats. Love working with Josh!
Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile!! Kudos to service Josh, Travis, Sandy and all others! Thanks Mike the manager ð and Mark always making the sale! Paul for making our finances work.
I had the best car buying experience at Nemer Volkswagen. Mark was extremely helpful and patient placing me in the right vehicle. It was also very pleasant working with Paul who went above and beyond to make sure the process was as enjoyable as possible. I recommend Nemer to all my friends and colleagues and can't say enough good things!
It was a stress free purchase at Nemer. Our salesman was great. We knew what we wanted and picked up our car in 1 day. We have purchased many cars from them and will come back in the future!
Nemer's service department is awesome. They always accommodate my appointment request. When I arrive, they always take my car in for its service right away. The waiting area is comfortable with a selection of hot and cold beverages and snacks, as well as TV. They always explain what my car needed and when it will be due for its next service. I am always treated with respect and they value my time and business.
