When we went to turn in the 2014 VW, all paperwork was ready for explanation and signature, new vehicle was shown and explained, and paperwork was quickly prepared and ready. Everyone was pleasant and cooperative, and we are enjoying the new Alltrack.
The staff is always polite and friendly. In my opinion the service department is one of the best in the area. I love my car. Keep doing what you do so well.
