20k service was ok However the service inspection message was not reset After my 40 mile drive to Nemer I was told service did nothing wrong Since I was registered in VT they did not reset because they can't perform a state inspection I explained that the inspection icon (wrench) had nothing to due with state inspection, how can it, inspection is every year service every 10k At that point the service advisor (big guy) started to get in my face and things got heated and loud The service manager came out and ensured that woul... read more
The only thing I wasn't happy about was that the gentleman that worked on my car never reset the oil change switch. The car keeps telling me I need oil change service !
My experiences have always been positive. They are very clear about costs and do their best to make your wait time as short as possible. The valet service is always a plus!
