What a horrible experience.I brought in 2012 jeep rubicon, after a diagnostic the issue came back as a short from the alternator. So, I went ahead had a oil change and halo lights installed i was give Monday November 2nd that the work would be completed. Nov. 2nd came around and passed no call or updates. So, both my grandfather and I drove by the dealership everyday until the 5th. And any time we drove by the jeep was in the shop with doors and hood wide open.
