I went to Nelson Family Chiropractic one week before taking a trip, I had pinched my sciatic nerve and in 6 days Doctor Nelson had fixed me so that I could comfortably sit, before the appt with him I was only able to stand or lie flat. today I went to him with a pinched neck, shoulder and back, within 10 mins he had released my neck and pain was eased.
