Had their bags for a couple years and had problems with the zipper. Thought what the heck going to have to buy another bag. Sent my bag to Nelson Rigg and no problems with them replacing it! Nelson Rigg you have a customer for life thanks again.
Just got back from a 3200 mile back roadtrip through nine states after purchasing your 3050 adventure bags and waterproof roll bags. They handled everything I threw at them including two good rainstorms in Texas and Colorado. Everything stay dry and stayed in place. Not one issue.
