I had a problem with a rain suit on my first use. Reflective tape came off and got a hole in pants. Provided everything customer service asked for and they stopped responding to my emails. I was still in my 2 year warranty.

My great wife, got me a motorcycle cover, this past weekend, and this is by far the best I have own to date. ...heavier than any others, and larger than any other. Great Job! I hope it lasts longer than all those others, I had in the past!!!
I purchased a Nelson Riggs trike cover last year and it was all I expected and more. This past fall moisture was getting o my trike even though it was fully covered. I emailed Nelson Riggs and they had me send it back. I got my new cover today. Customer service is terrific.
