Well, I went to my appointment on time, which was about 20 minutes away. I took an Uber . Upon arrival I checked in ( after waiting for the receptionist to finish scrolling through YouTube.) After giving her my information she said " Oh, we don't accept this insurance anymore, you'll have to pay upwards of $600.00, $180.00 for the visit and the additional for testing." Jarret karant was seen today at this office by Dr Nelson Alcaraz . A very Pleasant office and staff. They are very friendly and professional. Dr Nelson is amazing and top notch. We love him . Thankful for finding him in my insurance book . 🫶
