Nel & Sons Air installed a 4 ton heat pump for us. They were open to feedback and fixed all the issues we highlighted. They passed inspection without any problems. Highly recommend, A+
We used them last year for service on 5 ton and mini split they did excellent job. Would definitely recommend especially for mini split which most AC companies don't do proper maintenance.
Called and spoke to Cecily and she transferred me to the service manager about our issue with our a/c. He pinpointed the problem over the phone and had a service tech at my house in less than 30mins to resolve. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES AND PRICES, ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER!
Called them late in the afternoon and arrived within the hour. Had us up and running in no time. Unfortunately our HVAC is old and needs replacing 😕
