Dr Heskel has been our dermatologist since the 90's and his diagnosis, treatment and care has been excellent. I would highly recommend him. His staff is also very helpful and caring.
I would give him 25 stars if I could.
Very honest - doesn't recommend procedures that do not have to be done. Told me "if it was me I let it granulate in and if you don't like the results after 5 week you can always go to a plastic surgeon".

I would highly recommend the services of Dr. Neil Heskel. He is punctual and easy to talk with. He listens, takes a conservative initial treatment approach, was able to diagnose and prescribe medications and treatments that have been highly effective. Staff was always very supportive, friendly and cooperative whether dealing with billing questions or scheduling appointments.
Dr. Heskel did an excellent job assessing the cause of my problem. He prescribed medications that quickly relieved my symptoms and cleared up the problem. He explained the treatment and gave me good advice about what to expect. As a result of my experience, my husband is also interested in having Dr. Heskel as his dermatologist.
He is good and thorough. Helps keep me healthy on the outside. No long waits in the waiting room, nor the examining room. I am glad to have him as my dermatologist.
Had a lesion on my forehead—. It was healing. — I was concerned about it—. Heskel walked into the exam room. Looked at me and said everything looks ok. Nothing to worry about. He did not even take a close look at it—. He was in the room for 2 minutes— that was last year. Now the lesion has reocccred in same spot. — time for this whack doc to retire !!
