Dr. Henkel is an excellent dermatologist. He has been my doctor for over 15 years. He has always helped to heal my rashes and prevent any possible skin cancers. He is thorough and knowledgeable and caring. And he has a great sense of humor. Meeting his dog, Dude, was also a wonderful treat. I highly recommend Dr. Haskell.
Dr. Heskel is a fabulous "sleuth" and can find anything bad! I've been having some skin cancer issues and he has a great staff that work with him, for me! Great System too. I had a big one yesterday and right after he removed it, off he sent me to the plastic surgeon to sew me up. Big Hole... All Done. He also takes care of my Significant Other and we are both happy with his work and his manner. Great Guy! Polly Miller
Dr. Heskel and his staff are the best! They are professional, well organized and extremely friendly. They make you feel like family. He pays attention to your cost of prescribed medications and does his best to prescribe what is best for your condition at the most reasonable cost to the extent possible. If the desired result can be achieved with a non prescription medicine he will tell you so. He has always treated me with respect and his recommended treatments have always proven successful.
Dr. Heskel was wonderful. He diagnosed my basil cell skin cancer and cleared it up.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Heskel and his staff. Most important was their immediate attention to removing multiple growths on my legs, back and arm on my initial visit, without hesitation, very likely saving me from any spread from a melanoma on my forearm. Dr. Heskel then had to field an emergency call from me over the weekend, ordering necessary medication by telephone to my pharmacy. His prompt referral to a plastic surgeon resulted in beneficial surgery and recovery.
Dr. Heskel is quick and thorough. No fluff. This is what I look for in a medical professional. His manner is friendly and when he sees something he goes right at it. The staff is excellent and i never have had any problems with scheduling or long waits. Strongly recommend.
My entire experience with Dr. Heskel has been positive. His diagnosis and quick treatment of a lip cancer was done with calming reassurance and care. His office staff is pleasant and helpful. I woul recommend Dr. Heskel.

I was referred to Dr.Heskel by another physision after seeing 2 different Dermatology Dr's. Dr Heskel solved my skin problem,sent out for skin test to verify his diagnosis,and cured my problem. He is defenetly a 5 star Dermatolgy Dr. Pete of Vero Beach. 4-25-2018.
