Not too happy in regards to the customer service I have received from service department at huffman Nissan. They have had my car since Monday. Today is Thursday and still no definite answer. Was told only 2 service men available to do warranty work. Wow really????? They have told me they think transmission.....car only has 39,000 miles. Now while my car sits there I am paying for a rental....service manager said they are not paying for rental without Nissan reimbursing them.....its not coming out of their pocket. Drove 45 minutes to see 3 cars that were going to be ready when we arrived to look at them. Low and behold they didn't have any of them. Two were allegedly sold yesterday and they couldn't seem to find the keys to the other car. I spoke with their internet sales woman and she confirmed the cars will be ready on the way there! Salesman tried to get me to look at another SUV. Classic bait and switch. I was going to purchase two cars!! Dont go here!!!
The people were great but i was told after i bought the car that it has a brand new transmission at only 62,320 miles now here i am 7 months later not even put 20,000 on the car and it needs a new transmission. My sales man had no ideal that it had a new one put in only my service men did. Im disappointed that i can't drive my car nor can i get a Renter because nissan has to approve it and that will be monday or Tuesday. Just be cautious and ask about all the information on the car first.!!
I had a great experience at Neil Huffman. Jesse Smoot and Steve got me a great deal on a great vehicle. They helped me get the best interest rate and I got a Diet Coke! Lol! They were super fun and made the process "almost" painless! I will see them on a regular basis when I stop in for regular maintenance and, ten years from now, when I'm ready for a new vehicle, I'll buy from them again.
Great people, great service, and great deals! I couldn't be happier with my Rogue and would gladly do business with you again.
